MARINE LOADING ARM
At SMUVE, we supply high-performance marine loading arms designed specifically for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of oil and gas from tankers and carriers. Our marine loading arms feature an independent support structure that significantly reduces the mechanical stress on pipes and swivel joints. With this design, the main pipeline only carries the weight of the liquid or gas, minimizing leakage risks and enhancing overall durability and service life.
Leveraging our experience across oil and gas, petrochemical, and marine sectors, SMUVE offers fully customized marine loading arm solutions tailored to meet specific project requirements and fluid characteristics. We offer a wide range of material options, including US and BS standard materials, and can integrate electrical components with ATEX or IEC explosion-proof certifications to ensure operational safety in hazardous environments.
All our marine loading arm systems are engineered in full compliance with OCIMF and ISO 16904 standards. Key components undergo rigorous testing and are certified by BV and SIL for performance and safety. With a strict supplier management system and quality control procedures in place, our fabrication process is also accessible via remote online monitoring. At SMUVE, we are committed to delivering safe, certified, and high-quality solutions backed by professional technical support.

TECHNICAL FEATURE
Advanced Swivel Joint Design for Leak Prevention and Easy Maintenance
The swivel joint uses oil-free lubrication and a nitrogen-purged raceway to prevent freezing and moisture. Its dual-layer sealing ensures leakage is below 10ml/min/cm (BSEN ISO 16904 compliant) and allows on-site seal replacement without disassembly.
Patented Safety Mechanisms with Mechanical-Hydraulic Interlock
The system features cryogenic DBV and PERC with a patented design. Even if the ERC fails, the DBV remains secure. Hydraulic interlocks ensure valves close before ERC disengages, meeting BSEN ISO 16904 standards.
