ThermoTube is a single insulated tube ideally suited to transport hot or cold liquids or gases. It was specifically developed for steam supply and condensate return lines, and is also used as an un-heated sample line.

ThermoTube by SMUVE is a top-tier, pre‑insulated tubing solution, expertly designed for transporting hot or cold fluids—including steam and unheated samples. Crafted from copper or stainless steel and wrapped with non‑hygroscopic fiberglass insulation, it maintains internal temperatures up to 204 °C (400 °F) while keeping the external surface at a safe 60 °C (140 °F)—offering both thermal efficiency and personnel protection. Supplied in long coils, it installs quickly in existing supports and is available in customizable materials, insulation thicknesses, and outer jackets to match your exact need
