Marine Gangway Solutions

CCLPEC provides professional marine access solutions for various applications. The company offers gangways for general docking as well as advanced gangways designed for escape on FSRU platforms, fully compliant with the regulations of classification societies. Marine gangways are mainly divided into two categories: column type and tower type, ensuring flexibility to suit different operational needs.

HYDRAULIC-ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM

HYDRAULIC-ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM

Control Modes Overview

The gangway system offers three independent control modes – Local Control Panel (LCP), Junction Box Control, and Remote Control. All modes are managed through the master control system, allowing operators to select the most convenient option based on their position and task.

Local Control Panel (LCP)

The LCP is the standard operation mode. Operators can set the platform number, move UP/DOWN for safe stops, and control both the lifting-turn table rotation and bulwark ladder pitching. The panel also allows switching between local and remote control.

Remote & Junction Box Control

The remote controller enables fine adjustments, especially when alignment is slightly off, and supports flexible stopping during maintenance. The junction box on the lifting-turn table lets operators control ladder pitching, telescoping, and platform rotation, ensuring the triangle ladder can be placed securely on the vessel deck.
