FLANGED HEATER

OVERVIEW

The F.A.T.I. of flanged heaters is suitable for all process fluids, non-corrosive to construction materials. Flanged immersion heaters are made up of U-shaped bent tubular elements, welded to a flange, and complete with electrical safety components and connection housing (head).

DESCRIPTION

For heating liquids and gases, the materials used are generally carbon steel or stainless steel;
Use of flanges up to 60 “in accordance with ANSI B 16.5 specifications, in the following materials: carbon steels, stainless steels, nickel alloys, Inconel, etc.
Degree of protection of the heads of the heaters IP40, IP55, IP65, IP66, IP67;
Standard diameter of the heating elements: 8.5, 12.5 and 16 mm;
Material of the elements: carbon steel (Fe 35.2), stainless steel 304 (L), 316 (L) or 321, Incoloy 800 or 825, Inconel 600 or 625, Hastelloy, Monel, Copper, etc.
Immersion depth: up to 4 meters;
Power: Up to 8000 kW.

ATEX - EX FLANGED HEATER

OVERVIEW

The F.A.T.I. of flanged heaters is suitable for all process fluids, non-corrosive to construction materials, intended for installation in Areas with Explosion Hazard (Zone 1 & 2). ATEX-IECEx certification.

The flanged heaters are certified for installations in Hazardous Areas (Zones 1 and 2): • in compliance with the European Directive 94/9 / EC (ATEX), II 2G , and with Standards EN 60079-0 / 60079-1, Ex d IIC Gb , and • in compliance with Standards IEC 60079-0 / 60079-1, Ex d IIC Gb , according to the international scheme IECEx.

DESCRIPTION

For heating liquids and gases. The certified electrical enclosure is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
Uses flanges up to 48 “as per ANSI B 16.5 specifications, in the following materials: carbon steels, high-alloy steels, nickel alloys, Inconel, etc.

CARTRIDGE Flanged Heaters

Control and / or safety probes: PT100 thermostats, thermocouples or resistance thermometers; The EX-CHT flanged heaters allow the elements to be replaced without having to empty the tank. THREADED HEATER

Threaded immersion heaters are robust and efficient heating solutions designed for direct installation into tanks and vessels. Built with high-quality Ni-Cr 80/20 resistance wire and insulated using compacted magnesium oxide (MgO), these heaters ensure reliable heat transfer and long service life. The construction materials, including options such as carbon steel, stainless steels, Incoloy, Inconel, titanium, copper, and Monel, allow adaptability across a wide range of applications and operating conditions.

Tubular heating elements welded or brazed to a threaded screw cap for secure tank installation
Heating core made of high-grade Ni-Cr 80/20 resistance wire
